The main worship service uses Common Worship liturgy and includes music and singing, Bible readings, prayer, and a teaching sermon. These services are relaxed and varied, with a mixture of traditional hymns and more contemporary songs, and opportunity for personal prayer ministry. There is an emphasis on sharing the joy of Christian fellowship and experiencing the transforming love of God. With the exception of the first Sunday, the sharing of bread and wine are an integral part of these services, where everyone is welcome at the Lord’s table. There are children’s groups and a creche during the service.
The first Sunday is all-age worship. We aim to worship together with active and engaging activities and prayers, a short, interactive talk, and opportunities for all ages to minister and lead parts of the service.
The 10am is always followed by refreshments and a chance to catch up with friends and meet new people.
